Job Objective(s)
- To provide operational and technical support for the organisation’s clearing and settlement platforms, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
- The role is responsible for monitoring clearing activities, supporting reconciliation, investigating transaction exceptions, resolving basic processing issues, and escalating complex issues appropriately to ensure reliable clearing and settlement services.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor daily clearing transactions and platform activities to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve basic transaction exceptions, failed transactions, rejects, reversals, and processing discrepancies.
