Responsibilities: Support the daily operation of clearing and settlement systems. Monitor transaction processing, investigate incidents, and resolve issues within SLA. Support Mastercard, Visa, American Express, UnionPay, and domestic payment processing operations. Perform approved system configuration, deployment, and testing activities. Support reconciliation processes and investigate transaction exceptions. Generate operational and management reports. Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and application support teams. Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
