Job Objective(s)
- To provide operational and technical support for the organisation’s clearing and settlement platforms, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
- The role is responsible for monitoring clearing activities, supporting reconciliation, investigating transaction exceptions, resolving basic processing issues, and escalating complex issues appropriately to ensure reliable clearing and settlement services.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support daily operation of clearing and settlement applications.
- Monitor processing, investigate incidents and restore service within SLA.
- Perform approved system configuration and deployment activities.
- Support Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, UnionPay and domestic payment processing.
