Overview
Hiring: Civil Engineers in Lagos for Full-Time onsite employment.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and monitor civil/structural projects from inception to completion.
- Review maps, drawings, reports, site data, and technical information for project planning and design.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with engineering specifications and safety standards.
- Carry out structural assessments of new and existing structures.
- Prepare engineering designs, technical drawings, specifications, construction schedules, and project reports.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and assess project costs and feasibility.
- Use computer-aided engineering and design software to prepare project documentation.
- Monitor contractors to ensure quality standards and agreed deadlines are met.
