CID Data Entry Agent

The role focuses on updating guest information in the CID system promptly, within two hours of arrival or departure, and keeping both the CID system and guest records current. The agent follows Front Office procedures, informs supervisors of any system or data issues, and maintains a CID log book each shift. They strive to foster guest loyalty through friendly, personalized interactions, prioritizing guest relations over administrative tasks, and anticipating guest needs. The agent handles complaints promptly and communicates outcomes to the appropriate department, upholding the hotel’s brand image and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the hotel and local services.
