Job Description
- The Chief Engineer is responsible for the overall management, operation, maintenance, and safety of the hotel's engineering systems, equipment, facilities, and infrastructure.
- The role ensures that all hotel facilities operate efficiently, safely, and reliably while minimizing downtime and maintenance costs.
- The Chief Engineer will lead the engineering and maintenance team, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, supervise contractors and technicians, and ensure compliance with hotel standards, health and safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Engineering and Maintenance Department.
- Supervise and coordinate engineers, technicians, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and other maintenance personnel.
