Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of local and continental meals to high standards
- Plan menus and ensure meals are nutritious, appealing, and cost-effective
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and food storage areas
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the purchase of food supplies when necessary
- Manage meal schedules and ensure timely food preparation and service
