Totalement intégré(e) à notre équipe et sous la responsabilité d’un PO Squad Lead, vous assistez les clients (banques et compagnies d’assurance) dans l’utilisation de plusieurs outils: une plateforme Front et un outil de gestion de contrats d’assurance incluent des opérations bancaires (prélèvements, rejets,...).

Vous avez la responsabilité de réaliser le premier contact avec l’utilisateur, par téléphone, mail, outil de ticketing en ligne.
