- Ensure total operation compliance with FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP; prepare for internal and external inspections.
- Collaborate on quality improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality; implement CAPAs with relevant departments.
- Promote Safety, Health, and Environment policies; ensure safety training and practices; mitigate safety concerns.
- Oversee preventive maintenance of donor center equipment; keep facility well-maintained, clean, and operational.
