Job Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership & Portfolio Governance
-
Provide strategic leadership and direction across a portfolio of WVIM projects and grants, ensuring coherence, alignment, and strong contribution to WVIM’s strategy.

Lead annual portfolio planning, integrated work planning, budgeting, and multi‑project coordination.

Ensure adaptive management approaches, scenario planning, and contingency planning in response to Myanmar’s fragile context.

Establish high‑performing standards for project quality, evidence generation, and technical excellence.

Strengthen organizational systems, operational efficiency, and internal collaboration between Operations, PQD, Finance, P&C, Procurement, Security, and others.
