We are seeking a temporary Housing Navigator to support a community-based program serving Veterans in Berkeley. This role is ideal for someone with experience helping individuals access housing, connect to resources, and achieve personal stability goals. The Housing Navigator will work closely with participants to promote successful housing outcomes and ongoing self-sufficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist participants with housing navigation and access to community resources and supportive services.
- Build positive, professional relationships with residents and provide ongoing support and encouragement.
- Help participants develop and work toward individualized housing and personal stability goals.
- Monitor participant progress and maintain accurate case notes and documentation.
