Car Leader
As Car Leader you will have the opportunity to ensure the correct implementation of Engineering systems in the Plants and/or programs under your responsibility through the effective Administration of the Engineering manual.
Responsibilities
- Coordination of Engineering Changes with zero impact on additional costs. (Airfreight/ Line Stoppages/ materials problems/ OBS/ LeadPrep validations).
- Launches of new production lines with efficiencies > 100% and installed capacity > 115%.
- Ensure the correct administration and closing of tooling/equipment purchase orders to support prototype phases, pilots, engineering changes and/or production improvements.
- Communicate, distribute and implement the “Best Practices” & “Lessons Learned” for each new release and/or engineering change.
