Als Capacity Manager ben jij de strategische en tactische regisseur van onze personele capaciteit. Je bent de functionele spil in de WFM-keten: van de langetermijnforecast tot de overdracht naar planning en real-time sturing. Jij zorgt dat onze klantteams op ieder moment over precies de juiste bezetting en vaardigheden beschikken.
In deze rol opereer je als een taakvolwassen, zelfstandig adviseur en sparringpartner voor Operations, Klantteam Management en onze opdrachtgevers. Je levert niet alleen analyses en scenario’s op, maar neemt proactief stelling, daagt stakeholders inhoudelijk uit en stuurt het WFM-proces functioneel aan om afspraken te borgen.
