Qualifications
- 0–1 year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Relations, Call Centre Operations, Verification, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to speak Hausa. Non-Hausa-speaking candidates will not be considered.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Candidates must reside within Ikeja or its immediate environs. This is a mandatory requirement.
