Deine Aufgaben
Business Travel von A bis Z: Du betreust unsere Geschäftskund*innen per Telefon und E-Mail – von der ersten Anfrage über Organisation, Buchung und Ticketing (Flüge, Hotels, Mietwagen u. v. m.) bis hin zu After-Sales-Aufgaben wie Umbuchungen und Umschreibungen.
Dein Profil
Du brennst für Geschäftsreisen, verfügst über Organisationstalent sowie eine proaktive, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und überzeugst durch Freude am direkten Kund*innenkontakt. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Erfahrung im Reisebüro und in GDS-Systemen (z. B. Amadeus) runden dein Profil ab.
