Business Support Analyst
The Job: As a Business Analyst, you’ll be part of our North America Automotive Commercial team at Stanley Engineered Fastening, you will:
- Partner with the Sales team and business leaders to drive commercial strategy
- Processing and reconciling customer chargeback disputes
- Maintain documentation and update revenue reports for customer chargebacks
- Partner with the Sales and Finance team to submit customer tariff claims
- Provide support for reporting and data management for Fastener Sales Team
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales and Program Management on open critical Commercial tasks and process improvement projects
- Support requests in Smartsheet
