- Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Valves and Pumps business across industries such as food, beverage, pharmaceutical, personal care and other hygienic process manufacturing.
- Identify new market opportunities and establish strategies to increase sales, market share, and profitability.
- Support efforts to expand the customer base, ensuring long-term partnerships and sustainable revenue growth.
- Support global and regional sales initiatives, aligning with the broader company strategy.
