Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven, commercially focused and results-oriented Business Manager to lead the growth and performance of an assigned training centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, marketing, trainee acquisition, revenue growth and overall centre performance, with direct accountability for achieving approved business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive trainee enrolment and revenue.
- Generate leads, convert prospects and consistently achieve approved monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to increase revenue.
