Job title: Business Development Manager – Process Systems
Section: Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- 8–15 years’ relevant Oil & Gas/Industrial experience
- Proven sales/BD experience with process packages, modular systems, automation or engineered equipment
- Strong network across Nigerian Operators, EPCs and industrial clients
- Solid understanding of process facilities and project lifecycle
- MBA/commercial qualification is an advantage
Section: Responsibilities
- Drive sales and market growth for Process Systems
- Identify and convert opportunities across upstream, midstream and downstream
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Develop relationships with Operators, EPCs, OEMs and key industry stakeholders
- Lead opportunities from lead generation through proposal, negotiation and contract award
