Role Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow our range of products (snacks, cereals, packaged staple-food) portfolio across Nigeria.
- To drive revenue growth via market expansion for our existing SKUs and successfully launch new products in New Local governments/ New markets. The BDM will recruit and onboard new distributor for existing SKUs.
Job Focus
- Own monthly revenue target for assigned region/zone for new customers.
- Acquiring new distributors across key states and cities.
- Work with Sales and Marketing teams to plan launch strategy: pricing, pack, promo, trade offer.
- Execute GTM (Go To Market) distributor training, launch events, market storm, POSM deployment.
