- Minimum 2 years of experience in wig manufacturing, styling, or a related hair industry is compulsory.
- Extensive knowledge of different hair types and wig construction methods.
- Proven expertise in wig styling and coloring techniques.
- Minimum 1–2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs, Calendar, and Meet.
- Good knowledge of hair inventory management and stock control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with reporting tools and data analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
