Overall Responsibilities
- The Business and Community Mobilizers will support field-level implementation of the AFTI project in Bade LGA, serving as a link between COOPI, communities, farmers, enterprises, PMOs, CAFIs, and other stakeholders.
- The position will mobilize project participants across target communities, support PMO strengthening, facilitate entrepreneurship and financial literacy activities, provide Business Development Support, coaching and mentorship, and promote digital registration, financial inclusion, market access, and improved agricultural and post-harvest practices.
