About this role
Das erwartet dich
- Am Standort Köln gestaltest und entwickelst du Vertriebs- und CRM-Prozesse im Kontext von KI mit Fokus auf zukünftige Arbeitsweisen weiter
- Du analysierst bestehende Prozesse, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale, Medienbrüche und Automatisierungsmöglichkeiten und leitest daraus fachlich passende Ansätze ab
- In deiner Rolle konzipierst du Zielbilder, Soll-Prozesse sowie fachliche Standards und Leitplanken für unser CRM unter Berücksichtigung von KI, veränderter Rollenverteilung und neuen Arbeitsweisen
- Mit deinem Know-how bewertest du den sinnvollen Einsatz von KI entlang der Prozesse und übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen in priorisierbare, umsetzbare Aufgaben für Entwicklungsteams
- Du berätst Vertrieb und Agenturen bei Weiterentwicklung, Standardisierung und Digitalisierung und arbeitest eng mit Fachbereichen, Product Owner:innen und IT in agilen Teams zusammen
