Business Analyst- Pharma -Patient Data Exp
The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) serves as a lead conduct between clients’ business stakeholders and Capgemini’s solution teams, with a mandatory focus on Pharma / Life Sciences domains. The role is primarily responsible for eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and communicating business, system, and data requirements within specialty pharma and life sciences environments.
This position requires the ability to identify and articulate complex pharmaceutical business rules and accurately map them to data specifications. The BSA operates independently with a high level of authority and judgment and provides subject matter expertise and leadership to teams responsible for developing technical solutions supporting regulated pharma operations.
