We are looking for an experienced Building / Technical Supervisor to oversee the daily maintenance and technical operations of residential properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors
- Conduct regular building inspections
- Handle maintenance emergencies and resident complaints
- Follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance
- Monitor contractors and ensure quality and timely completion
- Prepare maintenance reports and follow up on outstanding issues.
Requirements
- more than 3 years UAE experience in Building Maintenance, Facilities Management or Property Management.
- Strong MEP / HVAC / Electrical / Plumbing knowledge.
- Previous supervisory experience
- Good English communication skills
