The Role
We are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to lead and grow our building consultancy service across a diverse portfolio of rural estates in Scotland. This is a senior role for a surveyor who combines technical excellence with the ability to build trusted relationships and deliver high-quality projects in heritage, agricultural, residential and commercial settings.
Responsibilities
- Leadership and Strategy
- Build, develop and lead a high performing team, shaping a growing service line and mentoring junior colleagues.
- Work collaboratively with all colleagues across the rural consultancy business, including rural surveyors, natural capital, farming and forestry consultants.
