About this role
Branch Manager
In this position you will:
- Drive Business Performance: Lead the Mombasa branch to achieve and exceed equipment sales volume, revenue, gross profit, and market share targets while ensuring strong overall business performance.
- Lead Branch Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Mombasa branch, ensuring efficient, productive, and streamlined activities across the business.
- Oversee Parts & Service Operations: Provide leadership and oversight of Parts and Service operations at the branch and other assigned locations, ensuring efficient support to customers and the wider Machinery Business.
- Grow Market Share: Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders, identify market opportunities, and drive initiatives that increase New Holland’s presence and competitiveness within the region.
