Job title: Branch Internal Auditor Location: Surulere, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular and surprise audits of all departments, branches, and production units (Pastries, Bakery, and Kitchen) to ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and financial controls.
- Review cash handling, sales records, production outputs, inventory management (raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods), and expense documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Audit production processes, including material issuance, usage, wastage, yield, and variance analysis within the Pastries, Bakery, and Kitchen units.
- Detect, investigate, and promptly report discrepancies, fraud, wastage, shrinkage, or policy violations to management.
