Job Summary
The Boutique Finance Controller will act as the finance business partner to the Company's boutiques, providing financial oversight across sales, cash, inventory and operational controls. The role will serve as the key link between Head Office Finance and boutique operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily boutique sales and financial performance.
- Review cash collections, deposits and payment reconciliations.
- Reconcile sales transactions against POS and financial systems.
- Monitor boutique inventory and investigate variances.
- Review discounts, refunds, returns and adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with financial controls and procedures.
