About this role
Job title: Blade Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough visual and advanced inspections of wind turbine blades. Perform high-quality structural and cosmetic composite repairs (internal and external) in accordance with technical specifications.
- Evaluate, supervise, and approve repair work for paint and fiber damage. Ensure all work strictly adheres to relevant technical standards and work instructions.
- Act as the core interface between site operations and Blade Service. Submit detailed damage documentation to Engineering Support to identify optimal repair solutions.
- Ensure all repair work is documented according to strict project requirements. Provide the final approval on CIR (Component Inspection Reports) and BIR (Blade Inspection Reports) before they are shared with the Employer.
