What you will be doing
- BIM Standards & Guidelines Optimisation: Develop and maintain BIM standards, guidelines, and templates in alignment with ISO 19650 to ensure firm-wide consistency and compliance.
- Collaborate with department and Digital Delivery leadership to ensure BIM initiatives align with overall digital delivery goals
- Conduct audits to maintain BIM standards, in line with ISO 19650, and identify areas for improvement across projects.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of a strategic roadmap, identifying improvement areas and recommending adjustments to support the department’s digital transformation efforts and project delivery excellence.
- Coordinate training programs and upskilling initiatives to ensure continuous staff development.
