Billing Senior Associate
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on one or more of the core departmental functions; use advanced knowledge of business processes and systems to advise customers on the impacts of accounting transactions and to solve complex problems
- Handle day-to-day operations of the team, including escalations and workload distribution to ensure service levels are met.
- Provide guidance and training to junior members of the team.
- Exercise discretion and sound independent judgment when applying knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures to solve problems and understand/meet the needs of internal customers.
- Investigate and solve complex problems; identify root causes of problems and suggest process improvements.
