Job Summary
The Billing Officer is responsible for the accurate administration of customer accounts for electricity, water, and fiber internet services. The role ensures timely meter data processing, billing, customer account management, payment monitoring, and service activation while maintaining high standards of data integrity and customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Generate accurate monthly bills across all utility entities (Electricity, Water and Sewerage, Internet Services and Gas) using ecWIN7 and Sage 300
- Serve as Alaro Utilities customer liaison officer and manage customer utilities complaints
- Carry-out daily and weekly gas volume nominations in a timely and accurate manner
