- Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders including IT, Sales, Implementation, Clients and Partners to manage electronic enrolment process of new plan members and maintenance for existing clients.
- Handles change management associated with converting manual enrolment clients to electronic enrolment upon request.
- Partners with internal and external stakeholders to investigate and resolve issues impacting enrolment, enrolment file layouts, and other system related initiatives.
- Performs data analysis on enrolment activity and creates reports as required.
- Contributes to system and process reviews supporting continuous improvement.
- Supports other internal teams as required by acting as the enrolment subject matter expert.
