About this role
What you will do:
- Conduct 30-35 hours per week of phone-based conversational role-play sessions in both English and your second language.
- Portray customer support agents and customers in realistic service scenarios without following rigid scripts.
- Maintain natural, fluent conversation quality in both languages throughout extended sessions.
What is required:
- Experience in customer service or customer support roles strongly preferred.
- Comfortable conducting extended phone conversations without scripts.
- Fluent English speaking ability with clear pronunciation and strong conversational skills.
