Overview
RoadLamp Limited, an EPCI with over 7 years in the oil and gas sector, is seeking a commercially astute Bidding & Tendering Lead to manage the end-to-end tendering process — from identifying and reviewing tender opportunities through preparation, coordination, submission, and follow-up of competitive bids.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end bidding and tendering process for projects and opportunities
- Review ITTs, RFPs, RFQs, and other tender documentation
- Analyze tender requirements, scope of work, and commercial terms
- Coordinate preparation of technical and commercial tender submissions
- Develop and maintain tender schedules
- Coordinate inputs from engineering, procurement, finance, HSE, and other departments
- Ensure tender submissions are complete, accurate, and compliant
- Identify gaps, risks, and concerns in tender documents; escalate appropriately
