Die Rolle und das Team Als Betriebssanitäter/in schützt du unsere Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter am Standort, indem du Erste Hilfe Maßnahmen bei Unfällen und akuten Erkrankungen leistest. Zusammen mit unserem Safety-Team stärkst du den Gesundheitsschutz an unserem neuen Standort und treibst ihn im Dialog mit unseren Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern voran. Deine Arbeit ist geprägt durch einen motivierenden Teamgeist, der auf Wertschätzung, Respekt und Offenheit basiert. Zusammen mit deinem Team arbeitest du sowohl an der Erreichung der operativen Tagesziele als auch an der Verbesserung von unserem Safety-Konzept. Dabei identifizierst du dich mit unserem Führungsleitbild, lebst unsere Werte und nutzt beides als Kompass im Daily-Business.
