Per il nostro Outlet Bar cerchiamo un bartender/barlady/barista che si occupi di:
- Accogliere gli ospiti con professionalità ed un approccio autentico, anticipandone le esigenze.
- Preparare e servire bevande alcoliche e analcoliche secondo le ricette e gli standard definiti
- Preparazione della caffetteria
- Garantire velocità, precisione e qualità costante del servizio.
- Affiancare, gestire e formare il team dedicato al bar
- Curare l’organizzazione, la pulizia e l’ordine dell’area bar e delle attrezzature.
- Gestire e monitorare stock, forniture e corretta conservazione dei prodotti.
- Assicurare il rispetto delle procedure di igiene, sicurezza e HACCP.
