JOB OVERVIEW: Under the general guidance of the F&B Manager, the Barback is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the bar by ensuring it is fully stocked, clean, and organized. This role is essential in maintaining a seamless service experience, upholding brand standards, and assisting the bar team in delivering exceptional hospitality to guests.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support bartenders by restocking the bar with necessary supplies, including ice, garnishes, glassware, and alcohol.
- Maintain cleanliness behind the bar by wiping down surfaces, washing glassware, and disposing of trash.
- Assist in preparing garnishes and organizing mixers to ensure efficient service.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management when supplies are running low.
