Description
- On-call Banquet Setup staff are responsible for preparing event spaces according to client specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and décor. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow floor plans, and physical stamina to lift and move equipment. Staff must work efficiently both independently and as part of a team to ensure timely, high-quality event setup and breakdown

- Set up banquet rooms according to event orders and floor plans
- Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and place settings
- Break down event spaces and return equipment to storage
- Move and position furniture, staging, and equipment safely
- Ensure rooms are clean, organized, and presentation-ready
- Assist with décor setup, including centerpieces and displays
- Follow supervisor instructions and event timelines
