Description
- We are hiring Banquet Captain
- As a Banquet Captain, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring seamless and memorable event experiences. Working closely with the Banquet Manager, you will supervise banquet staff, coordinate food and beverage service, and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction across all events—from meetings and trainings to receptions and reunions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, and Brand standards.
- Review and understand Banquet Event Orders BEOs) to have knowledge of expectations of events.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings with banquet staff, go over menu and service requirements to ensure that the event is a success.
- Greet event hosts and guests.
