Backend AI Engineer (Financial Services Platform)
Overview
We're seeking Backend Engineers to build backend services for a financial platform, layered on top of existing core systems. Development is performed using an AI-first model (Claude Code and Agentic AI tools), with strong ownership of system design, implementation, and validation. This is an individual contributor role within the Product Development team, supporting global functions and reporting to the Head of Product Development.
