What You'll Do
- Provides support for individual life/disability insurance funded plans throughout presale and ongoing management on a designated block of business. Prepares plan review materials, assists internal collaborators with product and plan development knowledge, and reviews service transactions for compliance with contractual terms and concepts. Conducts research on moderately complex issues and raises higher risk items as needed. Maintains accurate plan records and contributes to efficient case management, documentation quality, and consistent customer experience. Collaborates with senior staff on more comprehensive plan reviews, calculations, and related tasks.
