Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons actuellement un Avocat expérimenté en M&A / Corporate justifiant d’au moins 3 ans d’expérience pour notre bureau de Lyon (F/H).
Vos principales responsabilités :
- Vous intervenez auprès de clients variés (groupes internationaux, ETI, PME, sociétés cotées, sociétés à forte croissance, entreprises familiales), présents dans l'ensemble des secteurs de l'économie.
- Vous participez à titre principal à des opérations d’acquisitions et de cessions en intervenant sur toutes les problématiques associées (de la lettre d’intention jusqu’à l’intégration post-closing), ce dans des contextes domestiques et internationaux.
