About the Role The AV Production Technician will support the planning, setup, operation, and delivery of high-quality live, hybrid, and virtual events across Amgen’s event spaces, auditoriums, control rooms, and digital collaboration environments. This role requires strong hands-on audio and video production skills, with emphasis on Dante audio workflows, NDI video workflows, streaming, webcasting, and virtual meeting support. What You'll Do
- Plan, set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV production systems for live, hybrid, and virtual events.
- Configure and manage Dante audio networks; validate signal flow; monitor and troubleshoot.
- Configure and support NDI video workflows; work with NDI-enabled cameras, encoders/decoders, and network transport.
- Provide technical support for streaming and webcasting platforms, including event setup, testing, monitoring, and live support.
