Auxiliar Asociado de Banking&Finance
Propósito del rol: Apoyar al equipo en el análisis y desarrollo de asuntos legales y regulatorios relacionados con la práctica financiera y del mercado de valores, mediante investigaciones, preparación de documentos y soporte en trámites y transacciones, siempre bajo la supervisión de un Asociado Senior y/o Socio de práctica.
Responsabilidades principales:
- Desarrollar investigaciones legales y regulatorias relacionadas con actividades y asuntos financieros, el mercado de valores, productos y servicios Fintech, y fondos de inversión colectiva o de capital privado, entre otros.
- Preparar documentos de análisis legal y regulatorio —como conceptos y memorandos, entre otros— sobre las actividades mencionadas, bajo la supervisión de un Asociado Senior y/o Socio de práctica.
