General Responsibility
Leads complex diagnostics, implements improvements, and mentors junior technicians while leveraging CMMS (MicroMain) data for reliability analysis. Includes advanced mechanical work on conveyors, AS/RS, and facilities systems. Partners with engineering and leadership to optimize CMMS (MicroMain) usage and ensure compliance with safety and reliability standards. Includes oversight of mechanical integrity for conveyors, AS/RS, and facilities systems.
Position Detail - Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting of PLCs, conveyors, AS/RS, AGVs, and motion systems
- Perform advanced mechanical repairs including gearbox rebuilds, alignment, and component replacements
- Implement minor logic/HMI changes under MOC; collaborate with engineers
- Commission and optimize drives and servo systems
