ATM & CDM Operations Manager
- Memimpin dan mengawasi seluruh operasional ATM & CDM.
- Memastikan availability dan reliability mesin ATM/CDM.
- Mengelola tim operasional, teknisi, dan vendor terkait.
- Memastikan pencapaian SLA, KPI, dan target operasional.
- Mengawasi proses cash replenishment, cash collection, dan balancing.
- Menangani dan mengoordinasikan penyelesaian incident/downtime mesin.
- Melakukan monitoring transaksi dan performa ATM/CDM.
- Memastikan penerapan SOP, security, compliance, dan risk management.
- Berkoordinasi dengan bank/client, vendor, dan tim internal.
- Menyusun laporan dan evaluasi kinerja operasional serta improvement.
