Associate Specialist - Finance Data Analytics
Major Duties:
- Works with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their strategies, how they align with corporate strategies and determine ways to use analytics to drive decision making
- Defines and develops analytic capabilities that can be leveraged to solve cross-business function challenges in a business unit
- Supports the analytical needs of various business functions in a business unit, enabling strategic prioritization to deliver the most value
- Analyzes and understands Northern Trust’s core business processes and data flows to design and develop enduring solutions that provide analytical insights (both historical and predictive)
- Ensures best practice techniques are used to report the data in a form that is accurate and insightful
