Associate Project Controls Specialist
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inputs and maintains accurate project cost, schedule, and performance data in project control systems and spreadsheets. Supports data validation and integrity checks under the guidance of more senior team members.
- Assists in preparing standard reports, charts, and summaries for internal teams using templates and established formats. Compiles routine data for use in performance and progress reports.
- Helps update schedules with progress information provided by team members. Assists with schedule reviews and formatting under direction.
- Supports the tracking of invoices, purchase orders, and actuals. Helps maintain cost logs and support reconciliation activities.
